John delivers above and beyond. We had a sudden death in the family and needed help selling a home while acting as executor of an estate. We live hours away, and he was our eyes and ears on the property the entire time. He does this full time which made him stand out from the numerous part time agents we reviewed. He's well connected in the area and was able to secure both a deep clean and a floor cleaning prior to listing the day once we signed our contract with him.
